Our Jiangmen production base is equipped with our i-manufacturing system which makes use of a web portal incorporating BAAN ERP system, Valor' s vManage system together with our other internal systems for management of day-to-day operations, accounting management and monitoring real-time machine performance and shop floor controls.

We have also invested in barcode identification and tracing systems, the implementation of which enables the traceability of production materials and processes. Our " i-manufacturing" systems allow our customers to retrieve and monitor our real time manufacturing data on the material status.
Our " i-manufacturing " systems allow early detection of any quality issues and just-in-time manufacturing so that issues can be remedied as soon as possible, hence giving us a competitive edge over other market players in terms of both quality and cost.
