WWTT’s Heshan production facility is equipped with our innovative i-manufacturing system. Featuring a web portal incorporating BAAN ERP and Valor' s v-Manage systems, i-manufacturing integrates with other internal systems that manage day-to-day operations, accounting management, real-time machine performance monitoring, and shop floor controls.

We have also invested in arcode identification and tracing systems, enabling production materials and processes to be closely monitored. Our i-manufacturing system allows customers to retrieve real time manufacturing data and view the production status of their products. Quality issues can be easily identified and remedied. Highly efficient, this just-in-time manufacturing model gives us a clear edge over competitors in both quality and cost.
